Becoming a better biker - observing skills
Road safety organisations offer challenging and stringent paths to becoming accredited post-test motorcycle trainers. The RoSPA Diploma and the IAM National Observer qualifications are both coveted and significant achievements in any trainer's career, whether with a local Group or as an accredited Observer/Tutor or commercially.
However, neither qualification should be embarked on lightly. Even many years' experience in observing is no guarantee of success. And, unfortunately, there are some local Groups who do not have the depth of resources to provide training of sufficient calibre in preparation for these programmes.
Better Biking is able to help. Alec Gore has over 12 years' experience of delivering award-winning training and developing observers. He is suitably qualified to deliver you training at the right level to give you the highest promise of success in these demanding courses.
You may also be interested in taking this course simply as a refresher to build on your existing observing skills or in preparation for a renewal of your qualification.
